About Us

Born and raised in San Diego, Kevin was first introduced to the world of wine by his grandfather, Maurice Koch, who crafted small-batch wines in Suisun Valley for friends and family. Inspired by this early connection, Kevin moved to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State University, where his passion for wine deepened during his first harvest at Girard Winery.

It was at Girard that Kevin met our winemaker, Lucas, forming a partnership rooted in a shared love for wine. Today, Kevin oversees the health of our vineyards and the quality of our grapes, bringing a forward-thinking approach to sustainable farming.

He's a strong advocate for regenerative agriculture, incorporating practices such as rotational sheep grazing in the off-season, mobile chicken coops ("chicken tractors"), and using only organic spray materials. Kevin's dedication to the land and innovative farming is a reflection of his desire to carry on his grandfather's legacy—crafting exceptional wines through mindful stewardship of the vineyard.

A proud Petaluma native, Tuesday brings her love for the community and passion for people to every guest experience. With a focus on creating a fun, welcoming environment, she's all about making wine tasting approachable and enjoyable — without the pretense.
